1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any application or service provided by Duel Games ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

This agreement is between you and Duel Games only, and not with Apple Inc. ("Apple") or Google LLC ("Google"). Duel Games is solely responsible for its applications and their content. These Terms may not conflict with the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions or the Google Play Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Duel Games grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our applications on devices that you own or control, as permitted by the usage rules of the applicable platform (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). This license does not allow you to use our applications on any device that you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make our applications available over a network where they could be used by multiple devices at the same time.

4. Use of Services

Our games are intended for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

  • Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized third-party software
  • Harass or abuse other players
  • Create multiple accounts to manipulate rankings
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble our applications
  • Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, other users' accounts, or any part of the Services

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We enforce single-device sessions — signing in on a new device will end your session on the previous one. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You may delete your account at any time from within the app (Profile → Settings → Delete Account). Account deletion is permanent and immediately deletes all your personal data and game history.

6. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

6.1 Premium Subscription

Duel Games offers an optional premium subscription ("Premium") that unlocks additional features including advanced statistics, ad-free experience, smart training, and game review. Premium is available as a monthly or yearly subscription.

6.2 Billing & Payment

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.

6.3 Managing & Canceling Subscriptions

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device settings:

  • iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Duel Games
  • Android: Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access to Premium features until your subscription expires. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a subscription period.

6.4 Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be directed to the respective app store:

Free users may see advertisements powered by Google AdMob. Some features (such as game review) may require watching a rewarded ad or upgrading to Premium. Ad availability and format may vary.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, code, and trademarks in our applications are owned by Duel Games or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

Duel Games is solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any intellectual property infringement claim related to its applications.

9. User Content & Conduct

Your display name and gameplay are visible to other users. You are responsible for ensuring your display name does not contain offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content. We reserve the right to change or reset display names that violate this policy.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Services. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Duel Games is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. In the event of any failure of the application to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple or Google, and they may refund the purchase price (if any) for the application. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple and Google have no other warranty obligation whatsoever with respect to the application.

12. Limitation of Liability & Product Claims

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Duel Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services, including loss of data, revenue, or profits.

Duel Games, and not Apple or Google, is responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the application or your possession and/or use of the application, including but not limited to: (a) product liability claims; (b) any claim that the application fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement; and (c) claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.

13. Export Compliance

By using our applications, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a "terrorist supporting" country; and (b) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties. You also agree to comply with all applicable export and re-export control laws and regulations when using the application.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Duel Games operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation by contacting us at info@duel-games.net. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may pursue remedies available under applicable law.

16. Third-Party Platforms

Our applications are distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Your use is also subject to the terms of these platforms. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and have no obligation to provide maintenance, support, or updates for our applications. Duel Games is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to its applications.

You must comply with any applicable third-party terms of agreement when using our applications (e.g., your wireless data service agreement).

Apple and Google, and their subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Upon your acceptance of these Terms, Apple and Google will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as third-party beneficiaries thereof.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
